Al-nooh Foundation
Trust is earned through transparency. We publish our complete independently audited financial ledgers, government utilization certificates, and program evaluations every fiscal year.
Fund Utilization
We maintain a strict operational model ensuring that at least **85% of all funds** are directly routed to community programs. Here is a breakdown of our FY 2025-2026 expenditure (Total: ₹2.5 Crores).
1. No Sub-Granting: All programs are executed directly by Al-nooh Foundation field associates and regional offices, cutting down secondary agency administration markups.
2. Administrative Caps: Executive salaries and administrative office rents are strictly capped at 10% of our annual operational outflow, maintaining compliance under Schedule VII mandates.
3. Regulatory filings: Our filings (Form 10B and Form 10BD) are submitted punctually to the Income Tax Department of India, allowing automated Section 80G credits to be reflected in donors' Form 26AS.
Auditor: M/S R. Sharma & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi.
