3. Refund Policy

Al-nooh Foundation implements a strict, transparent donation policy. Since funds are immediately committed to ground campaigns, school supplies, or relief materials:

• Donations are generally **non-refundable**.
• If a transaction occurs due to a technical error (e.g. duplicate billing), a refund request can be submitted to alnoohfoundation@gmail.com within 7 days. Verified errors will be processed back to the original payment source within 14 business days.

4. Intellectual Property
