Yes, Al-nooh Foundation is a legally registered NGO under Section 8 of the Companies Act in India. We hold active 12A registration, 80G tax exemption status, and are registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for CSR initiatives (CSR-1).
We are a pan-India organization with active field programs and volunteer chapters in over 15 states, including Maharashtra, Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Karnataka, Kerala, and Bihar.
We employ regional desk coordinators who monitor every program directly. Local committees of residents and volunteers help implement the tasks, and all outcomes are documented with geotagged media, audited metrics, and direct client verification.
Yes, all donations made by Indian taxpayers to Al-nooh Foundation are eligible for a 50% tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. After your payment is verified, we email you the 80G tax certificate along with a formal donation receipt.
A minimum of 85% of all donation funds is spent directly on programmatic costs (supplies, scholarships, healthcare camps, food kits). The remaining 15% covers administrative support, compliance, transaction fees, and reporting services.

No. We offer flexible options. You can sign up for one-time weekend drives (such as tree plantation or health camps) or engage in ongoing mentoring/teaching programs that require 2-4 hours a week.
Volunteering is unpaid, but we provide official Certificates of Appreciation detailing your hours and contributions. We also offer letters of recommendation for dedicated volunteers completing projects over 3 months.
Yes. Al-nooh Foundation is fully compliant with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' CSR mandates. We have an active CSR-1 registration number and provide audited project reports and utilization certificates.
Our programs align with Schedule VII of the Indian Companies Act, covering education promotion, gender equality & women's livelihoods, disaster management, environmental sustainability, healthcare, and rural infrastructure development.
We provide customized monthly or quarterly dashboards, complete with financial breakdowns, impact metrics, photographic/video documentation of ground execution, and direct feedback from community beneficiaries.
